1 Introduction

Welcome to mantra62. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mantra62 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered through the mantra62 platform in Malaysia.

Each individual is permitted to hold and use only one active account on mantra62 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule may result in:

• Freezing of all funds held in those accounts.
• Cancellation of all bonuses and rewards previously received.

9 Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Member

Any eligible remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, once the account review has been completed.

9.2 Termination by Mantra62

Mantra62 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

10 Limitation of Liability

The mantra62 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While mantra62 makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we make no guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or unexpected downtime.

In no event shall mantra62's liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. mantra62 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by a member arising from use of the platform.
